At present, many new resins have been put into production.
1.Double curing resin
The photocurable resin contains two different types of reactive groups, of which acryloxy group can be radical photocured, and another reactive group (such as epoxy, isocyanate, etc.) can be cationic photocured Or moisture curing, thermal curing, anaerobic curing, etc., to become a light curing resin with dual curing function. After the dual curing system is cured by ultraviolet light, the surface cures, and moisture curing, thermal curing, anaerobic curing and other reactions continue to occur during the placement. It is especially suitable for three-dimensional solidification of solid coatings, thick coatings, or hard-to-cure colored systems. This is also a more perfect way to use several light curing resins in combination.
2. Hyperbranched photocurable resin
Hyperbranched resins are a new class of polymers with three-dimensional structures and highly branched. Hyperbranched photocurable resins have low viscosity, large end-group functionality, and high activity. They are especially suitable for high-sensitivity, low-viscosity products such as UV-curable inkjet inks. Products are available from foreign companies such as Sartomer, Cytec, and Pasto, and research is underway in China.
3.Water-based photocurable resin
Water-based light-curing coatings and inks combine the characteristics of traditional light-curing coatings, inks and water-based coatings and inks, and have become a very active field in the research and development of light-curing coatings and inks, and have obtained practical applications, such as water-based UV paper. Varnishes, water-based UV wood coatings, water-based UV screen printing inks, etc. Water-based photocurable resins have been supplied in large quantities, and domestic Yangzhou Chenhua, Shanghai Duosen Chemical Co., and Jiangmen Junli Chemical Industry Co. have produced a small amount. This is also the most obvious feature of resin progress.
4.Light-curing resin with self-initiating function
The photo-curing resin itself has a photo-initiating function, and the photo-initiator can be used with little or no photo-initiator in the formulation of the ultraviolet-curing product, thereby avoiding the odor, yellowing, poor weather resistance and migration caused by the addition of the photo-initiator in the photo-curing product Ills.
